FINANCING MADE EASY
We allow you to set your own financing terms,
because we know everyone’s financial circumstances are unique.
PLANS & PRICING
Simple, straightforward, honest financing terms.
Paying for braces shouldn’t be confusing.
Treatment is more than braces. Financing is a big part of that.
We want to create flexibility with our financing terms.
Will my dental insurance cover braces?
Many dental insurance plans cover the cost of orthodontics including Invisalign and Clear Braces. Insurance coverage varies depending on your plan. At your first appointment, we can show you what you insurance coverage will be.
Will my FSA cover orthodontic treatment?
Orthodontic treatment almost always qualifies for FSA reimbursement. If your employer offers an FSA, let us know and we will verify your eligibility and help you get started.
Who is OrthoFi?
OrthoFi is a reputable company we partner with to allow flexible financial terms. Don’t worry, this is nothing like a car loan or a mortage. Kozlowski Orthodontics uses OrthoFi simply because they allow us to offer you customizable terms that you set. Not us.
What about Financing?
Some of our patients choose to pay in full for orthodontic treatment, and can receive a small discount. However, most patients choose to finance their orthodontic treatment over the course of several months or even years.
We have lots of patients who are in braces or Invisalign for only 12 months that are able to finance their treatment over 36 months! We can customize a solution for your financial needs.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you pay for your orthodontic treatment covers everything we do to complete your treatment including your initial set of retainers once treatment is complete. We also have options for backup retainers that you can build into your comprehensive treatment plan.
Do your braces cost more than traditional braces?
No. We do not charge more to use the latest orthodontic technology. Because we can complete your treatment in fewer visits with the Damon System, your cost is the same.
