10 Reasons We Don't Use Color Bands on Braces

We have some exciting news.

It seems that just in time for Valentine’s Day, we’ve had 2 members of the Koz team get engaged!

Kaylyn got engaged on November 24th:

We were down in St. Pete’s Beach, FL with his family and my sister for Thanksgiving and we had plans to all go to a rooftop restaurant at sunset that spun 360 degrees to get the best view. I should have known something was up when he wanted all of us to dress up nice to go out to see the sunset, but it went right over my head. We were cutting it close to sunset time, so we raced up to the top floor and just as I was commenting on the gorgeous view, he demanded we go back down to the beach instead of watching the sunset from the rooftop (there were too many people up there and he was getting nervous). We got back down to the beach and started to take some family pictures in front of the sunset and he suggested she take some of just the two of us, which was odd because he isn’t one to ask to have our photo taken! After about 20 pictures, I asked if anyone else wanted to get a few, but he insisted we take more. Finally, he managed to sneak his hand into his back pocket and grab the ring box and got down on one knee. I was so shocked and nervous that I asked him if he was sure! Little did I know his family had my Dad and Mom on FaceTime in the background, so they saw the whole thing. It was very special and totally unexpected.

Bryanna got engaged January 19th:

I was meeting everyone at home, so that we could head to a family dinner. I walked in and Richie and Lucas decided they were going to play with blocks in the living room. I started walking towards the living room to play with them and Richie’s mom called me over to look at something on her phone. She was showing me pictures of fireplaces and acting really weird (I had no idea she was trying to distract me haha). I told her which fireplaces I liked and then, turned to run into the living room, so that I could spend time with Richie and Lucas before dinner. I walked into the doorway and saw them both on the living room floor down on one knee with flowers and balloons around them. Lucas was holding a sign that said, “Mommy, will you marry daddy?” and Richie was holding the ring. I started crying and couldn’t move because I was in shock. Richie had to ask, “So, is that a yes?” because I couldn’t speak hahaha,

We’re so excited for both Kaylyn and Bryanna. The next time you’re in the office, make sure and check out their beautiful rings and tell them CONGRATS!
