WHAT TO EXPECT
We are honestly committed to passionately providing world-class orthodontics to the patients and families of the communities we serve.
We firmly believe that great treatment must come with an exceptional experience. Our goal is to be the best part of our patient’s day, while offering a customer experience that is better than any our patients have ever had, not just at a dental office.
We believe that our patients should be involved in their treatment. We have found that achieving amazing results is only possible if we educate our patients and directly involve them in their treatment. We want to demystify orthodontics.
We believe orthodontics should be fun. We all love our jobs. Because we love coming to work everyday, your appointments will be a blast. Don’t believe us? Take a look at our video.
We believe that “good” isn’t good enough. We believe that if we aren’t constantly getting better then we aren’t doing good enough. We push ourselves every single day to get better at what we do. That means you get the best possible result.
We believe we have a story to tell. We believe that our treatment can actually change lives. Our story is wrapped up in the stories of our patients – and how changing their smile has changed their life.
We are always excited about meeting new patients. Your first visit to the office will last about an hour. At this visit, you will get to meet with Dr. Jeff and one of our friendly treatment coordinators. During this visit, we will take diagnostic digital images of your teeth and a digital x-ray, if needed. Those will be used to develop your very own customized treatment plan. This first visit is Dr. Jeff’s gift at no cost to you. We know how important your time is. If you are ready to start your treatment, we will make every effort to get you started that same day.
Dr. Jeff and the team are intentionally educational and believe it’s important to take the take time to explain to each patient what we are doing and why.
- Is there a condition that orthodontics can address?
- Is treatment needed now or should treatment be delayed until appropriate growth, tooth eruption or other factors have occurred?
- What treatment procedures will be used to correct the problem?
- Do any permanent teeth need to be removed?
- How long!?
- How much will it cost?
- What are my payment options?
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.
Throughout treatment, there will be several appointments that are more involved and require more time. Examples of these more involved appointments are getting braces on or off, as well as appointments requiring removal, repositioning or addition of brackets. Dr. Jeff reserves space in the schedule for these appointments during the mid-morning hours because of the time required. Having these more involved appointments at this time allows for more flexibility of scheduling your more frequent appointments during the popular times.
